Introduction

Welcome to SSCK. SSG members are not registered as a de facto corporate organization therefore we do not comply to Admiralty/Maritime Jurisdiction governed by Roman war laws. SSCK court advisors define sovereigns as a group of people with like- mind consciousness to protect the future of humanity by knowing that peace governs our Mother Earth’s Pachamama. As the Truth will set you free by a stroke of a pen to paper. Govern thyself with the truth with light and love as your guide to know that peace on Mother Earth’s Gaia is a primary mandate that protects the sovereignty of all living ‘things’ created by our Great Universal Creator.

All SSCK Departments operate with the rule of law for Truth and Peace described in SSG’s Constitution. SN©SSCK™ advisors administrate the rule of laws pursuant to de jure Sovereign Universal Natural Private/Peace Earth (SUNPE) Jurisdiction. Recognized International laws; United Nations Declaration of Rights for Indigenous People (UNDRIP) 2007, Canadian Bill of Rights (CBR), 1960, Bills of Exchange Act (BEA), 1882 and Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), 1948 defined and interpreted by SSCK legislative members pursuant to SSG longhouse laws that existed prior to the arrival of alien visitors.

SSCK – Assurance Department

Preamble: SSCK assurance department provides lifetime insurance for SSG members. This assurance policy can only be used by the sovereign family name. When a SSG member dies, the assurance policy is permanently terminated. SSCK assurance honors the natural laws of life, this is why Birth and Death Certificates are not bonded as security for monetary gain to benefit the few who created a system on Earth. As a transitional phase to cross the bridge from the system back to the sovereign right of claim, SSG advisors provide Birthday Certificates to identify people. This removes assumptions and presumptions and is a temporary remedy.

SSG members know that there is no death, there is only human evolution by ascension. Thus, through traditional passing ‘over to the other side’ ceremony, a sovereign human spirit and soul is released with love back to the Great Creator’s light. A sovereign is unlimited in strength of the heart and mind with beauty in peace that is never governed by any thing or any one particularly experiencing a journey of life in this sovereign universe living on Sentient Beloved Mother Earth’s Gaia. Remember the word’s “thou shalt have no other gods before me.” This assurance policy is not passed on as a financial security to inheritance to family members, as each family member has its own assurance by Name. SSG members who never use this assurance ‘wrap’ during their lifetime, may donate a value to an Earth or Humanitarian project as declared in their Last Will. Managed and administered by SSCK Court advisors with insurance legislation to protect the sovereignty of SSG Family Names with tax free and interest free commerce.

SSCK Membership Department – Security protocol

  • People are invited to attend educational workshops in order to know how sovereignty; looks, feels, acts and hears like. The choice to remain with the existing religious and political systems, is a sovereign decision that SSG members will not interfere with.
  • Bankruptcy history from current credit companies outside of SSG Jurisdiction is not recognized for processing.
  • Credit ratings from KPMG, Equifax, TransUnion Canada, DBRS, Innovation, Science and Economic Development, Industry Canada – based on North American Standard Account Ratings, et al is not accepted.
  • Due diligence protocol for security is a mandatory process for people who wish to join SSG.
  • Attending Sovereign Education workshops are mandatory in order to qualify as a SSG member.
  • Be prepared to learn to be humble and kind despite the toughest life’s lessons that this world has to offer.
  • Create personal boundaries to protect your sovereignty by a stroke of a pen to paper for peace on Earth.
  • When processing from these workshops, be patient with yourself and each other. As you get to know who you are and what your dharma is to work for peace on Mother Earth’s Gaia, begin to love yourself.

SSCK – Criminal Department

Court arbitration and deposition process: SSCK offers arbitration / longhouse court services for crimes committed against Named claimants by Named Accused Debtors. Court Administration process is conducted in a long house setting with appointed notaries, retired judges or dis-barred lawyers to settle claims and injuries through board room arbitration process aka video taped Examinations for Discovery and may be followed for serious crimes, as depositions in front of 13 hereditary SSG leader members. Family members from Named Parties involved in the claims are all encouraged to attend the proceedings.

It was unanimously agreed that Hearsay is defined as Treason by Trespass of SSG Executive Order to support Habeas Corpus rule of law provided in writing to the NANAIMO COURTHOUSE, BRITISH COLUMBIA, CANADA judiciary on December 12, 2016. This means that de facto State Government public agents working for the Department of Justice must prove in writing that they have jurisdiction over the flesh and blood child, woman or man who stands before them with the Copyclaim/right Trademark Name. SSG members are protected with Copyclaim/right Trademark through Sovereign Names either by written or verbal announcements.

Take further notice that any type of Bench Warrants or Warrants for the arrest of SSG members’ Names issued by written or verbal Notification from any jurisdiction outside of SSG, by default incurs a fine of 3 x $999Q – $2, 997Q in hard lawful currency with a forfeit of the public and private Bond from the system. Commercial debt contracts are served as peaceful equitable remedies by estopple to benefit SSG members as Named creditors/beneficiary(ies) with private bi-lateral tax-free, usury-exempt Contracts. SSG members are protected with a ‘do no harm’ policy from the SSG Constitution. SSG members have a right to freedom of expression and/or speech to say the word “NO”, with no retribution, no assumptions and no presumptions from a system that believes otherwise.

Employment Opportunities

We have immediate tax free employment positions available for dis-barred law members who woke up to operate with de jure Sovereign Earth jurisdiction. Re-tired or whistleblower Judges are placed in immediate senior positions to oversee the administration of the SSG longhouse proceedings. Para-legal, legal secretaries, and legal assistants salary to commensurate with experience. Insolvent Law firms and dis-barred lawyers, notaries who have a comprehensive knowledge of Fair Trade and Commerce contracts, Liens, Contract and criminal law jurisdiction along with Apostil process and arbitration for peaceful contractual remedies. All SSCK workers must be fluent in English and will qualify for increased salary, if there is a working knowledge of another languages.

SSCK Copyclaim/right, Trademark, Letters Patent Departments

Inventors, Creators of products, services, technology or whatever the bright idea is for humanity is entered into this department with complete protection from theft, slander, fraud, defamation. Launched by the Named Creator, this department will protect music, ideas, produces, services solely for life, on an international level. Opportunists of theft are quickly dealt with through equitable commercial remedies by estoppel.

The Patent Department is administered with strict Copyright Trademark Privacy legislation that is different from the corporate Canadian Intellectual Property office, in that patent protection is voluntary information provided from Named inventor(s). Furthermore, SSCK advisors offer universal assurance protection with Copyclaim/right Trademark Patent and Privacy laws through the Name of the Inventor. This exclusivity ensures that the production/manufacturing of invention(s) are always controlled by the Inventor(s). This also, protects the Inventor from third party theft or technical manipulation of information/data of the invention. A patent application with the SSCK is voluntary and is defended internationally. In order for an invention to be protected with exclusive rights, it is not made public but kept private as a trade security to favor and benefit inventor(s)/creator(s).

IN CLOSING, there are many other SSCK departments that can assist world leaders with economic reform. SSG original Landlords and members invite everyone to be the change, so that truth will balance human hearts with harmony and peace. SSG advisors will meet with Foreign Relation ambassadors or diplomats to effect change with peaceful solutions and tax free, usury exempt commerce.
